Crossed out signature of Martin Ziegler

Since 2014, two books from the library of Martin Ziegler could be returned.

Martin Ziegler was born in Vienna in 1896 and died in Queens, New York in 1974. He was an architect and ran an architectural practice in Vienna together with Josef Berger (who emigrated in 1934) until he emigrated to London in 1939 and to the USA in 1940.

Both books entered the stock of the Berlin City Library via the utilization office ("Verwertungsstelle") of the Magistrate of Berlin and were incorporated into the library's holdings at the beginning of the 1950s.
