Stamp: "Erich Alexander cand. med. dent. Berlin, Wörtherstr. 87."

In 2013, a book from the library of Erich Alexander was returned.

Erich Heinz Alexander was born on July 11th, 1891 in Lobsens. He was a dentist and practiced in Berlin. Erich died on July 4th, 1935 in Berlin, and was buried in the cemetery Weißensee. The same year his wife Betty and his daughter "Traudchen" fled from Germany to Uruguay.

The returned book was acquired by the Berlin City Library in 1943 and part of a purchase of ~ 40,000 books looted from the last homes of Jewish Berliners.
