Siegfried Schiff

Siegfried Schiff was born on May 31st, 1862 in Hamburg. He studied medicine in Rostock and later practiced as a neurologist in Berlin. His first marriage was with Sara Lina Friedländer, see the flag on the bookplate. His second marriage was with Margarete Schiff née Schmitz. The couple had two daughters, Helga and Beate. Dr. Siegfried Schiff died on April 27, 1945 in Berlin. He probably died as a result of forced labor.
