Bruno Bendix

Bruno Bendix was born on May 7th, 1883 in Celle. He was a trained cabinetmaker, later a musician. He was married to Emilie née Bäcker, born on September 18th, 1910. Both were persecuted in Germany as Jewish. Emilie Bendix took her life on February 14th, 1943 in Berlin. Bruno Bendix hanged himself after he heard about Emilie's death, on February 27th, 1943 in Berlin Grunewald.
